Product Specifications
Immunogen
Semaphorin 3A synthetic peptide (coupled to carrier protein) corresponding to amino acids in the central region of human Semaphorin 3A. The sequence used is highly conserved in rat and mouse Semaphorin 3A, and has low homology to other semaphorin family members. [UniProt# Q14563]
Specificity
The antibody detects a 95kDa protein corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Semaphorin 3A on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human recombinant Semaphorin 3A and neonatal rat brain lysates.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Host
Rabbit
Isotype
IgG
Theoretical MW
95 kDa.
Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.

Western Blot: Semaphorin 3A Antibody [NBP3-23223] -
Western Blot: Semaphorin 3A Antibody [NBP3-23223] - Western blots of neonatal rat brain (lanes 1, 3 & 5) and human recombinant Semaphorin 3A/Fc chimera (95/125 kDa) (lanes 2, 4 & 6). Blots were probed with anti-Semaphorin 3A (NBP3-23380) (lanes 1 & 2), anti-Semaphorin 3A (NBP3-23223) (lanes 3 & 4) and anti-Semaphorin 3A (NBP3-23379) (lane 5 & 6). The antibodies recognize both the 95 kDa and 125 kDa forms of the recombinant Semaphorin 3A.Applications for Semaphorin 3A Antibody
