Immunoprecipitation:SF3B5 AntibodyNBP3-29907] -Detection of human SF3B5 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SF3B5 antibody (NBP3-29907 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. SF3B5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SF3B5.. For blotting immunoprecipitated SF3B5, NBP3-29907 was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for SF3B5 Antibody - BSA Free
