Application
Recommended Usage
Western Blot
2-4 ug/ml
Application Notes
WB: Detects a band of approximately 47 KDa, with apparent molecular weight of 49 KDa in mouse cells of immature myeloid origin. Detects a band of 100 KDa, with a cleavage product of 68 KDa in lymphoid cells. Detects bands of 120, 100, 80 and 68 kDa in HeLa cells. It should be noted that the protein is highly basic and migrates anomalously on SDS-PAGE.
