Running in 4-15% TGX gel. BSA 3% in PBST (0.1% Tw) 1h RT. Primary Ab 1:1000 in BSA 3% in PBST, O/N incubation 4ºC. Secondary Ab HRP conjugated 1:5000 1h RT incubation.It works also in old membranes, even with fluorescent detection. Really good antibody.
