Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29550]-

Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29550]-Detection of human KIAA1598 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-KIAA1598 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. KIAA1598 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-KIAA1598 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated KIAA1598, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
