The Simple Plex Digoxigenin Open Cartridge (48-Dig) enables researchers to easily design, optimize, and run custom assays on the automated Ella platform. Each cartridge contains integrated glass nano reactors (GNRs) that are pre-functionalized with anti-digoxigenin antibodies, providing a universal foundation for assay construction. By conjugating the capture reagents to digoxigenin and detection reagents to biotin, users can rapidly configure a wide range of assay formats without the need for manual coating or assay assembly, achieving results within 90 minutes with minimal hands-on time.
