Serial diluted anti-SN38 monoclonal antibody (NBP3-48397) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-SN38 monoclonal antibody binding with IgG-SN38 is 11.39ng/ml.
