Western Blot: SNAP29 Antibody (PSH01-76) [NBP3-32962] - Western blot analysis of SNAP29 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-SNAP29 antibody (NBP3-32962) at 1/1,000 dilution.

Lane 1: HEK-293 cell lysate
Lane 2: HeLa cell lysate

Lane 5: U-87 MG cell lysate

Exposure time: 5 minutes 10 seconds;

4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.

Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32962) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4C overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

SNAP29 (Synaptosomal-associated protein, 29kDa) is involved in multiple membrane trafficking steps and binds tightly to multiple syntaxins. It may act as a negative modulator for neurotransmitter release by slowing recycling of the SNARE-based fusion machinery and synaptic vesicle turnover.
