Western Blot: SUSD2 Antibody (1279B) [MAB90564] - Analysis of SK-BR-3 cell lysate with 0.5 ug/ml of hSUSD2 Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Antibody. A specific band was detected for hSUSD2 at approximately 110, 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # AB-105-C).
