Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Syntaxin 6 antibody NBP2-32270 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. Syntaxin 6 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Syntaxin 6 antibody BL16441. For blotting immunoprecipitated Syntaxin 6, NBP2-32270 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
