Western Blot:[NBP3-29039]-Detection of human TAX1BP1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TAX1BP1 antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TAX1BP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TAX1BP1 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 10 seconds.
