Immunoprecipitation:TBCK AntibodyNBP3-29440] -Detection of human TBCK by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TBCK antibody (NBP3-29440 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. TBCK was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TBCK antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated TBCK, NBP3-29440 was used at 0.4 mg/ml0. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for TBCK Antibody - BSA Free
