Western Blot: TCP1-delta Antibody [NBP2-41360] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCT4 antibody NBP2-41360 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. CCT4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCT4 antibody BL18407. For blotting immunoprecipitated CCT4, it was used at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
