Immunoprecipitation:TMEM85 AntibodyNBP3-29352] -Detection of human EMC4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EMC4 antibody (NBP3-29352 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. EMC4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-EMC4 antibody BL23129. For blotting immunoprecipitated EMC4, NBP3-29352 was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.Applications for TMEM85 Antibody - BSA Free
