Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-18386]-Detection of human TMX4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMX4 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. TMX4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TMX4 antibody.
