Western Blot: TNKS2 Antibody [NBP1-36993] - HEK293 overexpressing TANK2 (lane 4) and TANK1 (lane 2) and probed with NBP1-36993 (mock transfection in first lane). Lane three is empty. Lower panel shows the same lysates probed for alpha-Actin to show protein levels. Primary incubation (0.5ug/ml) was overnight at 4C. Detected by chemiluminescence.
