Immunoprecipitation:Transglutaminase 2/TGM2 AntibodyNBP3-29740] -Detection of human TG2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TG2 antibody NBP3-29740 (lot NBP3-29740-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TG2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TG2.. For blotting immunoprecipitated TG2, NBP3-29740 was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
