Immunoprecipitation:TTC7A AntibodyNBP3-29441] -Detection of human TTC7A by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TTC7A antibody (NBP3-29441 lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. TTC7A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TTC7A antibody BL23136. For blotting immunoprecipitated TTC7A, NBP3-29441 was used at 0.4 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for TTC7A Antibody - BSA Free
