Immunoprecipitation: TUG Antibody [NBP1-28709]
Immunoprecipitation: TUG Antibody [NBP1-28709] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TUG antibody NBP1-28709 used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. TUG was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ASPL antibody NBP1-28710, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TUG, NBP1-28710 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Applications for TUG Antibody - BSA Free
