Western Blot: UBE2O Antibody [NBP1-03336] - Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit antiUBE2O antibody used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Western Blot: UBE2O Antibody [NBP1-03336]
Western Blot: UBE2O Antibody [NBP1-03336] - Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UBE2O antibody used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.Immunoprecipitation: UBE2O Antibody [NBP1-03336]
Immunoprecipitation: UBE2O Antibody [NBP1-03336] - Detection of human UBE2O by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UBE2O antibody A301-873A (lot A301-873A-3) used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. UBE2O was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-UBE2O antibody BL7369. For blotting immunoprecipitated UBE2O, A301-873A was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.Applications for UBE2O Antibody
