Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29947]-Detection of human UBXN4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UBXN4 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. UBXN4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-UBXN4 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated UBXN4, was used at 0. 4 mg/ml0. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
