Catalog Number: 2757
Chemical Name: 1,4-trans-1-(1-Cycloocten-1-ylmethyl)-4-[[(2,7-dichloro-9H-xanthen-9-yl)carbonyl]amino]-1-ethylpiperidinium iodide
Biological Activity
Potent chemokine CCR1 and CCR3 receptor antagonist. Inhibits MIP-1α-induced chemotaxis in CCR1 transfectants and eotaxin-induced chemotaxis in CCR3 transfectants (IC50 values are 9.57 and 93.8 nM respectively). Antagonizes CCR3-mediated entry of HIV-1 isolate 89.6 into NP-2 cells (IC50 = 57 nM). Isomer of J 113863 (Cat. No. 2595).

Molarity Calculator
Calculate the mass, volume or concentration required for a solution

The molarity calculator is based on the following equation:

Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) x Volume (L) x Molecular Weight (g/mol)
An example of a molarity calculation using the molarity calculator:
What is the mass of compound required to make a 10 mM stock solution in 10 ml of water given that the molecular weight of the compound is 197.13 g/mol?
