Immunoprecipitation:UQCRQ AntibodyNBP3-30630] -Detection of human UQCRQ by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-UQCRQ antibody (NBP3-30630 lot 1) used for IP at 2 µg per reaction. UQCRQ was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-UQCRQ.. For blotting immunoprecipitated UQCRQ, NBP3-30630 was used at 0.1 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
