Immunoprecipitation:VPS13D AntibodyNBP3-28953] -Detection of human VPS13D by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-VPS13D antibody NBP3-28953 (lot NBP3-28953-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. VPS13D was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-VPS13D antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated VPS13D, NBP3-28953 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for VPS13D Antibody - BSA Free
