Western Blot: ZNF638 Antibody [NB100-77291] - Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZNF638/NP220 antibody used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Immunoprecipitation: ZNF638 Antibody [NB100-77291]
Immunoprecipitation: ZNF638 Antibody [NB100-77291] - Detection of human ZNF638/NP220 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZNF638/NP220 antibody NB100-77291 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. ZNF638/NP220 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZNF638/NP220 antibody NB100-77290. For blotting immunoprecipitated ZNF638/NP220, NB100-77291 was used at 0.2 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.Applications for ZNF638 Antibody
