Scientific Data Images for Cotton Rat IFN-gamma Antibody
IFN‑ gamma Inhibition of EMC-induced Cytopathy and Neutralization by Cotton Rat IFN‑ gamma Antibody.
Recombinant Cotton Rat IFN-gamma (Catalog # 565-RG) reduces the encephalomyocarditis (EMC)-induced cytopathy in the LCRT cotton rat fibrosarcoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by crystal violet staining. Inhibition of EMC activity elicited by Recombinant Cotton Rat IFN-gamma (20 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Cotton Rat IFN-gamma Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF565). The ND50 is typically 0.3-1.2 µg/mL.Cotton Rat IFN-gamma ELISA Standard Curve
Recombinant Cotton Rat IFN‑ gamma (Catalog # 565-RG) was serially diluted and captured by Goat Anti-Cotton Rat IFN‑ gamma Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF565) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Goat Anti-Cotton Rat IFN‑ gamma Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF565) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)Cotton Rat IFN-gamma ELISA Standard Curve

Neutralization
Measured by its ability to neutralize IFN‑ gamma inhibition of EMC-induced cytopathy in the LCRT cotton rat fibrosarcoma cell line. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) is typically 0.3-1.2 µg/mL in the presence of 20 ng/mL Recombinant Cotton Rat IFN‑ gamma.
