Detects human Dectin‑2/CLEC6A in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Dectin-2 alpha is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Dectin-1/CLEC7A is observed.
