Scientific Data Images for Human Aiolos/IKZF3 Antibody (914821)
Detection of Aiolos/IKZF3 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD19 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4867A) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human Aiolos/IKZF3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8625) or (B) Mouse IgG2BFlow Cytometry Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB0041) followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012).Applications for Human Aiolos/IKZF3 Antibody (914821)
