Scientific Data Images for Human GluR7/GRIK3 Antibody (2914A)
Detection of GluR7/GRIK3 in CHO cells by Flow Cytometry.
CHO cells transfected with hGRIK3 (filled histogram) vs irrelevant CHO transfectant cells (open histogram) were stained with Rabbit Anti-Human GluR7/GRIK3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB113281) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0111). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004).
