Scientific Data Images for Lysine (K)-specific Demethylase 4A/KDM4A Antibody
Detection of Human and Mouse Lysine (K)‑specific Demethylase 4A/KDM4A by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line, and mouse embryo tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human Lysine (K)-specific Demethylase 4A/KDM4A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6434) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Lysine (K)-specific Demethylase 4A/KDM4A at approximately 120 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.KDM4A in BG01V Human Cell Line.
KDM4A was detected in immersion fixed endoderm-differentiated BG01V human embryonic stem cells using Human/Mouse KDM4A Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6434) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; Catalog # NL010) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.Detection of KDM4A by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence
Expression patterns of H3K9 modifying enzymes in single-cell RNA-seq data. (A-B) Expression patterns of enzymes responsible for H3K9 methylation (A) and acetylation (B) in cells of the morula (day 3.0), ICM (day 3.5-4.0), and epiblast (day 5.0-6.0-6.6) cells. The dot size represents the percentage of cells expressing the gene of interest, while the color intensity reflects the average expression level across all cells. (C) Immunofluorescence imaging of EHMT1/2, SETDB1, KDM4AA, and HDAC2 in embryos at embryonic days E3.0, E3.5, E4.0, E5.0, E6.0, and E6.6, with DAPI counterstaining and SOX2 co-labeling. N = 3 experiments for each enzyme tested. Scale bars: 100 μm. (D) Violin plots representing the quantification of the fluorescent signal for each histone-modifying enzyme in SOX2+ cells. Each embryo is represented by a unique color, with n = 4 to 8 embryos per stage. All cells were quantified separately, with the mean of each embryo indicated with a larger dot. *, p < 0.05; **, p < 0.01; ***, p < 0.001; ns, not significant Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39800758), licensed under a CC-BY license.
