Detection of Proprotein Convertase 9/PCSK9 in HeLa human carcinoma cell line by Flow Cytometry.
HeLa human cervical carcinoma cell line was stained with Human Anti-Human Proprotein Convertase 9/PCSK9 (Research Grade Alirocumab Biosimilar) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10347, filled histogram) or irrelevant antibody (open histogram) followed by APC-conjugated Anti-Human IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0135). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005). Q: Does this Biosimilar antibody have the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody?
A: The Biosimilar antibody has the same variable region and constant region sequence as the therapeutic antibody, except for Catalog numbers MAB9677, MAB9575, MAB9577, MAB9589, and their conjugates. These four antibodies have the same variable region as the Biosimilar, but not the same constant region.
