Scientific Data Images for Human TMED1 Antibody
Detection of Human TMED1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of U-87 MG human glioblastoma/astrocytoma cell line, HDLM-2 human Hodgkin's lymphoma cell line, RT-4 human bladder carcinoma cell line, and PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human TMED1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB22431) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for TMED1 at approximately 28 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Detection of TMED1 in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human TMED1 and eGFP by Flow Cytometry.
HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either (A) human TMED1 or (B) irrelevant protein and eGFP was stained with Mouse Anti-Human TMED1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB22431) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (F0101B). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (MAB002). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
