Synthetic and Thermostable RNase Inhibitor for Single-Cell RNA Sequencing (scRNAseq)
SEQURNA is a non-protein-based RNase inhibitor designed specifically for high thermal stability. Resistant to harsh treatments such as high temperatures, pH changes, freeze-thaw cycles, and vortexing, it protects RNA from degradation during single-cell library preparation, leading to higher quality RNA-seq data. Compared with protein-based recombinant RNase inhibitors, SEQURNA produces single-cell libraries of equal or superior quality.
SEQURNA remains fully active during the Smart-seq2 heat lysis step, is compatible with Tn5 tagmentation, and can replace recombinant RNase inhibitors in Smart-seq3 express workflows, extending the workable time-window of scRNAseq workflows.
