Product Specifications
Immunogen
PHLPP antibody was raised against an 18 amino acid synthetic peptide near the amino terminus of human PHLPP. The immunogen is located within amino acids 250 - 300 of PHLPP.
Specificity
At least four isoforms are known to exist; this antibody will only detect the largest isoform. PHLPP1 antibody is predicted to not cross react with PHLPP2.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Host
Rabbit
Isotype
IgG
Theoretical MW
189 kDa.
Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
