Insulin Receptor (INSR, CD220) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein in the Insulin/IGF Receptor family of receptor tyrosine kinases. The mature receptor contains an extracellular alpha subunit and an extracellular/transmembrane/cytoplasmic beta subunit.
