Building Your Own Immunoassay
The customizable digoxigenin assay allows you to build your own immunoassay using your own reagents for the Ella platform. With this flexible assay, you can screen up to 48 antibody pairs as you develop your own immunoassay workflow. The 48-Digoxigenin Cartridge can be used for a variety of assay configurations including antibody sandwich assays, antigen down assays, and assays using non‑antibody affinity reagents.
