The ready-to-use Simple Plex cartridges are available in multiple validated formats including, single plex, multi-analyte, and multiplex. Any of the analytes listed above with the (+) symbol indicates availability to multiplex. The Ella platform also accommodates 48-Digoxigenin cartridges that leverage user-defined reagents for custom assay development.
Traditional multiplex assays can be prone to cross-reactivity and interference resulting in sub-par or erroneous data. The Ella platform eliminates these issues by separating targets into four parallel channels for a maximum of only two assays being carried out in a common environment.
