WB: Experiments gave bands at approx. 140 kDa band and 60 kDa band in rat testis lysates. These bands correspond to earlier findings with different antibodies from other sources. This protein has a calculated MW of 109 kDa band according to human NP_004632.1, 107 kDa band according to human NP_001009569.1and 103 kDa band according to rat NP_001012162.1.

Background: AF10

AF10 is a putative transcription factor containing a leucine zipper motif. A t(10;11)(p12;q23) chromosomal translocation present in a proportion of acute myeloid leukaemias results in expression of an AF10 (carboxy terminus) MLL (amino terminus) fusion protein.
