Western Blot: AIDA Antibody [NBP1-78207] - Whole cell lysate from HeLa (15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), Jurkat (J; 50 mcg) and 293T (T; 50 mcg) cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-AIDA antibody used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 0.4 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. AIDA was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-AIDA antibody which recognizes a downstream epitope.

C1orf80 acts as a ventralizing factor during embryogenesis. Inhibits axin-mediated JNK activation by binding axin anddisrupting axin homodimerization. This in turn antagonizes a Wnt/beta-catenin-independent dorsalization pathwayactivated by AXIN/JNK-signaling
