Western Blot: Angiotensin II Antibody (KAA8) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20123] - Human plasma lysates (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of KAA8 (NBP3-20123) at 0.1 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
