Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ANKZF1 antibody NB100-61589 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. ANKZF1 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-ANKZF1 antibody and NB100-61588, which recognize upstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
