Immunoprecipitation:ASCC2 AntibodyNBP3-30254] -Detection of human ASCC2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ASCC2 antibody NBP3-30254 (lot NBP3-30254-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. ASCC2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ASCC2.. For blotting immunoprecipitated ASCC2, NBP3-30254 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
