Western Blot: Astrin Antibody [NB100-74639] - Detection of Human Astrin/MAP126 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Astrin/MAP126 antibody NB100-74639 used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 0.1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. Astrin/MAP126 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-Astrin/MAP126 antibody and NB100-74638, which recognize upstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A and B).Applications for Astrin Antibody
