Western Blot:[NBP3-29806]-Detection of human Atlastin2 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat, HEK293T and HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Atlastin2 antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. Atlastin2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Atlastin2 antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 10 seconds.Applications for Atlastin-2 Antibody
