Western Blot: BTBD15 Antibody [NBP1-78184]
Western Blot: BTBD15 Antibody [NBP1-78184] - Whole cell lysate from Jurkat (15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), HeLa (H; 50 mcg) and 293T (T; 50 mcg) cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZBTB44 antibody used for WB at 0.1 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. ZBTB44 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZBTB44 antibody NBP1-78185, which recognizes a downstream epitope.Applications for BTBD15 Antibody - BSA Free
