Q: I need to order 3 batches of this antibody with a concentration near to 9 mg/mL, and I would like to know if it is possible to receive the product with this concentration?
A: We unfortunately do not have any lots ready that are available at 9.0mg/ml. This is what we have currently: Lot: 12/07-C29-X306, conc. 4.1 mg/ml, Lot: 12/08-C29-X306, conc. 6.4 mg/ml, Lot: 13/01-C29-X306, conc. 3.1 mg/ml. We have our productions purified off site and receive the units in at their given concentrations. Unless you are interested in purchasing a bulk amount, we will only be able offer you the product we have currently available.

Q: We are setting up an ELISA type of assay for CA125. On your web page: Applications: Uses: Detection of CA125 antigen. Suggested pairs for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection): NB120-10032 (capture) with NBP2-11624 or NB600-1468 as detection. Can you send me more details how these antibodies have been working in your sandwich immunoassay?
A: These antibodies have been tested with very general sandwich ELISA, without any assay optimization, just to determine which MAbs work together as pairs. Coat plate with NB120-10032 in alkaline carbonate buffer Post-coat with casein Add HRP-conjugated NBP2-11624 and antigen to plate Incubate microplates for 45 min at room temperature with shaking Wash 5 times with saline-Tween Add 100 ul of substrate Stop enzymatic reaction addition of 5% sulphuric acid. Measure the optical density. The sensitivity without optimization has been around 5 IU/ml. But we really do not have any recommended protocol and the suitability and sensitivity of the Abs should be determined in your own assay.
