Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30271]-

Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30271]-Detection of human CAPZB by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAPZB antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CAPZB was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CAPZB antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated CAPZB, was used at 0. 4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
