Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAT-1 antibody NBP2-32271 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. CAT-1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CAT-1 antibody BL16464. For blotting immunoprecipitated CAT-1, NBP2-32271 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
