Flow Cytometry: CD58/LFA-3 Antibody (PSH02-74) [NBP3-32161] - Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood lymphocytes labeling CD58/LFA-3.

Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then stained with the primary antibody (NBP3-32161, 1μg/mL) (red) compared with Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (black). After incubation of the primary antibody at +4℃ for an hour, the cells were stained with a iFluor™ 488 conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at +4℃.

Western Blot: CD58/LFA-3 Antibody (PSH02-74) [NBP3-32161]

Western blot analysis on different lysates with NBP3-32161 at 1/1,000 dilution. Lane 1: HeLa cell lysate Lane 2: Raji cell lysate Lane 3: Jurkat cell lysate Lane 4: K-562 cell lysate Lane 5: HUVEC cell lysate Lane 6: HT-29 cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane. Exposure time: 5 minutes Blocking: 5% NFDM/TBST, 1 hour at room temperature Primary antibody: NBP3-32161, 1/1,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST, overnight at 4 ℃ Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG [HRP] Secondary Antibody, 1/50,000 in 5% NFDM/TBST, 1 hour at room temperature Predicted band size: 28 kDa Observed band size: 55 kDa
