Immunoprecipitation:CELSR1 AntibodyNBP3-30026] -Detection of human CELSR1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CELSR1 antibody NBP3-30026 (lot NBP3-30026-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CELSR1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CELSR1.. For blotting immunoprecipitated CELSR1, A304-432A was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
